RETURN POLICY


Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

RETURN POLICY

2-ICONIC accepts returns within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item (dust bags, covers, tags, etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.

The item must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on 2-iconic.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

An item that does not match our return policy will not be taken into consideration and sent back to the customer at his own cost.

To return an item, please email contact@2-iconic.com and include:
  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged and passes inspection. We can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to. Exchanges for different items are not accepted. An item can only be exchanged once. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: If the product you purchased is out of stock by the time you request an exchange, we will not be able to exchange or replace the product.

 

REFUND POLICY

In the case of a refund, the credit note will be issued after the parcel is returned to our facility and only after the inspection of the item. The refund procedure will take 10 business days from the arrival of the item to our facility. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.This may change depending on banks and credit providers, it could take up to 30 working days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

Please note, when returning an item 2-ICONIC’s packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by 2-iconic.com in the email providing the return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PLEASE NOTE

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions.  Plead read our terms & conditions carefully.

Please read our shipping policy carefully as it states 10-15 Business days not including holidays & weekends for orders to dispatch. Therefore, we have the right to initiate a case if we receive a chargeback within the time frame.
